Scratch that, reverse it.
I am the RoboGourmet, a roboticist who wants to share his opinions on food, wine, gadgets and more. It says as much in the tagline. My hope is for this site to be a place for me to share some (hopefully) useful information with the world, whether it be a review of a restaurant, cooking gadget, the latest Apple iWhatEver, or even the latest OpenCV release. When I review a product I may provide a referral link to the item – if you found my comments valuable, I’d appreciate it if you’d purchase the item through that link and help support this site.
So you know where I’m coming from, I was born during the Carter Administration in the San Francisco Bay Area. I was college educated on the East Coast, and have degrees in robotics and electrical engineering.
The site is still just a rough concept in my head, and as you can see, the external trappings are pretty basic, but hopefully that’ll all improve with time.
Your French Dip is mouth-watering! It does sound like a lot of work though. Can you freeze the au jus to make the next sandwich a breeze?
I don’t see why not – everything in the au jus should hold up well to freezing. That’s a good idea!
